Waters Circle, a twelve acre office park serving the needs of business and the professions in the Grand Rapids region, features two and three story multi-tenant office buildings constructed of steel, with exteriors of pre-cast concrete and generous portions of glass. Waters Circle contains over 175,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space. Also included on the twelve acre site is the regional headquarters of the West Michigan Council of Camp Fire and a Huntington Bank branch. Waters Circle was developed by the Waters Corporation in the early 1990's and was sold in 2005. Waters Realty and Development remains as the property manager and leasing representative.
